Extent, stated honestly: Google Drive holds 59 files with ".mp3" in the name and 60+ with "Audio" (page-capped, duplicate-heavy — the same recordings were re-uploaded repeatedly in Jan–Feb 2026). This census lists every recording named in the sources above: 42 rows. Rows marked "dup." are duplicate Drive entries / alternate titles for the same call, so the unique-recording count is lower than 42. Dates are the recording date where the name gives one, otherwise the Drive upload date.
Transcripts: No per-recording transcript match was verifiable from the lists. Transcript collections exist on Drive — "AUDIO EVIDENCE SUMMARY - RECORDED CONFESSIONS.xlsx" (~15 copies), "01_Complete_Audio_Transcripts" (PDF), "02_Supplemental_Audio_Transcripts.pdf", and "CC 3 Lucy Ceylan Audio Evidence and Transcription" (×5) — but which recordings each covers is unverified. The one recording with a confirmed transcript is row 42 (its .zip contains .pdf + .txt copies). GenSpark also holds a RAFFI_TRANSCRIPTS_BATCH3 folder (inventory-only).

Recordings whose named counterparty is a police officer: 2.

Police named but not the counterparty: 1 — the Jan 19, 2022 Potvin call, whose title says Lucy told Potvin about Chris Renaud threatening her "and WPS" (row 5).
Not police (often confused with it): the Windsor Crown's office calls (row 13), Ashley Dale (rows 24/41) and Zach Battison (row 40) — Crown attorneys/prosecutors.
None of the 42 named recordings is described in any source as a conversation with police about Rafi's death. No list searched holds ~300 recorded police conversations (see Phase-1 INVENTORY §6a: "300 recorded / 300 calls / 300 police" = 0 in DeepSeek + Grok; the figures "630 recordings" and "68 AUDIO RECORDINGS" exist only as numbers inside corpus planning text).
Method: names quoted exactly as catalogued in the sources; obvious spelling variants in the originals (e.g. "Venson", "Rihhton", "ASHELY") are preserved. Drive was not re-searched in this phase; the census is only as complete as the Oct 21 inventory + Jan 2026 export lists. A dedupe/listening pass over the actual Drive files would be needed to fix unique counts and per-recording transcript matches.
