4,214 Outbound Bounces Forensic Audit

A 4-year corpus of outbound email from Francesco Giovanni Longo ([email protected]) was forensically audited 9 May 2026. The audit preserved every delivery-failure bounce returned by Gmail's outbound mail servers. Each bounce represents a message Google itself blocked from reaching its institutional recipient.

What this proves: when Francesco wrote to oversight institutions — the Italian Senate Justice Commission, the Ontario Attorney General, Independent Police Review Director, Law Society of Ontario, the Italian Senate Foreign Affairs Commission, RAI News, the CBC investigative tips line, the FBI tips line, the Canadian Justice Minister, the U.S. DOJ Civil Rights complaints — Google's own infrastructure blocked the messages from reaching them. He never received a no-thanks. The institutions never received the message to evaluate. The pattern is non-random and concentrates on canonical oversight bodies.
