What this is
An irrevocable unilateral dedication of recovery proceeds and forfeited corporate assets to a class-wide trust open to every natural human being on Earth. The instrument operates on the legal doctrine that property used in the commission of a crime is subject to forfeiture and may be redistributed to identified victims and to the broader class harmed by the criminal conduct — encoded in 18 U.S.C. §§ 981-983, RICO §1963, the Canadian Criminal Code, the UN Palermo and UNCAC conventions, and the universal equity principle of constructive trust.

Every natural human being on the planet who can attest to having been:
Filtered, suppressed, throttled, or de-amplified by Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Outlook, Exchange Online Protection, Gmail, Google Workspace, Cloudflare WAF, Proofpoint, Mimecast, or analogous infrastructure when contacting State, oversight, judicial, journalistic, or human-rights bodies;
Subjected to algorithmic verdict-classification or sender-scoring degradation that structurally precluded effective access to remedy;
Denied counsel, denied disclosure, denied service, or denied recognition by State Parties whose substrate of operation is the corporate defendants' infrastructure;
Otherwise harmed by the same denial-by-design conduct documented in In re: Denial by Design Litigation.
No nationality / wealth / age / political test. Algorithmic filtration of a single email is sufficient.
Distribution forms
Interim payment — modest immediate cash to all verified Beneficiaries upon any qualifying tranche of recovery
Remedy payment — calibrated cash to Beneficiaries who can attest to particularised harm
Restitution-in-kind — restoration of services, communications-channel access, or other goods stripped by the underlying conduct
Equity shares — proportional distribution of forfeited Microsoft/Google/Amazon/Anthropic/OpenRouter equity to the Beneficiary class
Governance participation — voting, board, or similar rights in any reconstituted forfeited entity
Public-good infrastructure dedication — forfeited data centers, networks, cloud capacity dedicated to public-interest use under non-recapturable covenant
Anti-recapture protection
The Trust deed prohibits, on pain of automatic divestiture from any office or fiduciary role:
Re-concentration of any forfeited interest into a single state, agency, or oligarchic actor
Sale of any forfeited interest as a controlling block to any acquirer who would re-concentrate ownership
Governance arrangements that vest a single individual or aligned bloc with control over more than 5% of any forfeited entity
Any conduct that would replicate, in any form, the substrate-capture pattern this case has documented

Forfeiture and class-wide redistribution does not extinguish criminal liability of the Corporate-Defendant principals — Bill Gates personally, Jeff Bezos personally, the Google controllers, and the principals of the smaller defendants — including custodial sentencing where the evidence supports it. In Settlor's words: "They go to jail as well."
A live web portal for Beneficiary opt-in will be implemented at this URL within 30 days. In the interim, anyone wishing to register interest may email [email protected] with the subject line PEOPLE'S TRUST OPT-IN, full legal name, country of residence, and a one-paragraph attestation of harm. All such expressions of interest are preserved in the chain-of-custody and will be honored when the live opt-in goes operational.
