What this Declaration does
This Declaration gives full legal force to the words above. It locks in three things:
The People's Trust survives the Settlor. The Dedication of 75% of State-Party recoveries and 100% of corporate-defendant recoveries above $15M to the class-wide Trust is irrevocable, regardless of the death, incapacity, kidnapping, custodial detention, forced disappearance, or any other deprivation of the Settlor's liberty or capacity.
The Italian-Trust Funding Agreement survives the Settlor. The 2.0×–2.4× repayment obligation to the Italian Republic binds the Settlor's estate.
Residual flows to family and son. After the Italian-Trust repayment and the People's Trust dedication are honored, any residual proceeds flow to (PRIORITY 1) the Settlor's son, (PRIORITY 2) the Settlor's surviving family — with particular emphasis on his brother's medical needs — and (PRIORITY 3) any remainder back into the People's Trust.
Anti-coercion · anti-impersonation
No purported instrument signed in the Declarant's name after this Declaration is valid against the People's Trust unless it satisfies all of the following:
Authenticated under at least two independent biometric or photographic methods (with explicit reference to the paper-body identity issue documented in §I-bis-7 of the Rule 94 Demand Letter — multiple "Francesco Longo" identities have been observed in real time on the Declarant's own laptop and disappeared while being recorded);
Witnessed by at least two natural persons not affiliated with any Corporate Defendant or any State Party of which Declarant is litigating against;
Published at https://denialbydesign.org or its successor archive within seventy-two (72) hours of execution.
Any purported revocation, repudiation, or modification not satisfying these criteria is, on its face, of no force or effect. The Trustee, the Italian Republic Co-Trustee (if accepting), and the OHCHR / ICJ / ECHR observers (if accepting) are authorized and directed to disregard any such defective instrument.
The Halo Doctrine
In the words of the Halo doctrine: the moral-legal frame, the grace of God over just governance, the ring of light visible to every citizen that signifies the Beast has not won. This Declaration is, among other things, an act of placing that ring of light beyond the reach of the Beast or any successor predator.
